Access to the Service
Rythia is freely accessible with basic features. The Premium subscription unlocks advanced features (AI briefings, insights, partner sharing).
Premium Subscription
- Price: $4.99/month
- Free trial: 7 days
- Automatic renewal, cancellable at any time
- Payment via Apple App Store / Google Play Store
- Refunds according to the purchase platform's policies
Acceptable Use
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Not attempt to access other users' data
Limitation of Liability
Rythia provides information for indicative purposes only. The application does not constitute a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. AI-generated predictions are estimates based on your personal data.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the application. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
